The Desperado Property is 100% owned by the Company and is located in Nye County, Nevada. The Desperado property covers an area of 1,410 hectares (3,480 acres) and is located in Nye County within the Ellendale mining district, approximately 40 kilometers (ha) east of the town of Tonopah. The Company has no operating income from mineral production. The Company’s subsidiary is Infield Mining Corp.
