Company Profile

India Grid Trust is an India-based infrastructure investment trust (InvIT), which is engaged in the business of owning and operating power transmission and solar energy assets. The principal activity of the Company is to own and invest in power transmission assets in India with the objective of producing stable and sustainable distributions to unitholders. Its portfolio assets consist of approximately 13 power transmission projects located across several states in India. These projects consist of 38 extra high voltage (EHV) overhead power transmission lines, comprising seven 765 kilo volt (kV) transmission lines, twenty-nine 400 (kV) transmission lines and two 132 kV transmission lines, with a total circuit length of approximately 7,570 circuit kilometers (ckms). Its portfolio assets include Bhopal Dhule Transmission Company Limited, NER II Transmission Limited and RAPP Transmission Company Limited, among others. Its investment manager is IndiGrid Investment Managers Limited (IIML).
