Company Profile

Icade SA is a France-based real estate investment company engaged especially in commercial property investment. Its activities are organized around Offices, Business Parks, Healthcare, Shopping Centres, Warehouses and Public Sector Investment. The Offices division holds and manages office buildings. The Business Parks division is taking care for the business campus created in Paris, combining diverse activities across a range of sectors. The Healthcare business invests in clinic buildings; the Shopping Centres holds two big shopping centres combining shopping and leisure. The Company also rents the space in its warehouses, invests in buildings outsourced by the government and leases them to public sector users such as government departments and local authorities. The main shareholder of the Company is Credit Agricole Assurances. It operates through Arkadea and ANF Immobilier SA.
