The Company focuses on the agriculture and food, automotive and health technology markets, and operates through two segments: Agri & Food Systems and Plastic Components. The Agri & Food Systems segment includes Pas Reform BV, a manufacturer of equipment for hatcheries, such as industrial incubators, automation systems and climate control equipment, as well as Lan Abar Handling Technologies BV, which specializes in handling system solutions for packaged and unpackaged products in the food, pharmaceutical and hatchery industries. The Plastic Components segment comprises Timmerije BV, a designer and manufacturer of plastic products, as well as Helvoet BV, which develops and manufactures client-specific rubber and plastic components and assemblies for high-precision applications.
