Harvest Gold Corporation is a Canada-based mineral exploration and resource development company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and development of mineral properties and either joint venturing or developing these properties further or disposing of them when the evaluation is complete. The Company focuses its exploration on the Interior Plateau of British Columbia for near surface gold deposits and copper gold porphyry deposits. Its projects include Emerson and Goathorn. The Emerson Project is located approximately 15 kilometer west of Houston, British Columbia. The Project covers an area of approximately 56 square kilometers (km2). The Goathorn Project comprises approximately six contiguous mineral claims located approximately 20 kilometer southeast of Smithers, British Columbia and covers an area of approximately 23 km2. The Project is located approximately 15 km northwest of the Company’s Emerson Project.
