Company Profile
Hudson Resources Inc. is a Canadian mining and exploration company. The Company is focused on the operation and development of strategic and critical green mineral projects in Greenland. It operates four primary mineral assets and interests in Greenland: Nukittooq niobium-tantalum project; the ST1 rare earth element (REE) project, both are located on the Company’s 100% held Sarfartoq exploration license (Sarfartoq); Gronne Bjerg anorthosite project, and the Company’s 31.1% interest in Lumina Sustainable Materials A/S that owns the White Mountain anorthosite mine. It owns 100% of the Gronne Bjerg Anorthosite project located approximately 80 km from the capital city of Nuuk. The Sarfartoq carbonatite project hosts an advanced rare earth element project rich in neodymium and praseodymium. The Company also has a 31% interest in the operating White Mountain (Qaqortorsuaq) anorthosite (calcium feldspar) mine in Greenland.
