It is engaged primarily in growing a portfolio of branded, select-service hotels in larger secondary markets with diverse and stable demand generators. It has franchise agreements with international hotel brands, including Marriott, Hilton, IHG, and Choice. It owns 68 premium branded hotels with a total of 7,662 guestrooms located in 22 states across the United States.
