Its portfolio consists of over 1,093 properties located in 40 states and Washington, D.C., and its tenants operate under a variety of national and regional brands. It leases its properties to tenants under triple-net leases, including 911 properties leased under 44 separate unitary or master triple-net leases, and 178 properties leased under single unit triple-net leases. Many of its properties are located at trafficked urban intersections or conveniently close to highway entrances or exit ramps.
