Green Technology Metals Limited is an Australia-based vertically integrated lithium company. The Company is focused on the lithium exploration and development business in Ontario, Canada. The Company has a tenement base of approximately 40,797 hectares through the execution of multiple option agreements and tenement pegging activities. The Company’s projects include Seymour, Root and Wisa. The Seymour Project is located near the township of Armstrong and approximately 250 kilometers (km) north of the city and port of Thunder Bay. The Root Project is located near the First Nation community of Slate Falls and approximately 300 km northwest of Thunder Bay. The Wisa Project is located approximately eight km north of the United States Border and approximately 100 km east of Fort Francis, the border town to the United States.
