The Company’s projects include Rosario Mining District, Plomosas, San Marcial, La Trinidad, El Habal, Yauco, and Villa Union. The Rosario Mining District is located in the Sinaloa, Mexico, which is host to precious metals mines and projects. The Plomosas Project is located within 5 kilometers (km) of the Company’s Marcial Project in the Rosario Mining District, Sinaloa, Mexico. The San Marcial is a silver resource project located in Sinaloa, Mexico, which has potential for open pit development, with gold mineralization. The La Trinidad Project is located approximately 90 km southeast of Mazatlan, Mexico. The El Habal project comprises 3,700 hectares and is located approximately 75 km east of the modern coastal port of Mazatlan, Mexico. The Yauco project comprises of approximately 7,000 hectares of mining concessions. The Villa Union project comprises approximately 5600 hectares of mining concessions.
