Company Profile
Goldflare Exploration Inc. is a Canada-based mineral exploration company. The Company specializes in gold exploration in the province of Quebec, Canada. The Company is the sole owner of the Aiguebelle-Goldfields, Syenite Condor, Ranger, Windfall, Agar and Mountain properties; and it holds a 50% interest in the Destorbelle property. The Aiguebelle-Goldfields property consists of about six mining claims totaling 253.85 hectares (ha) in Aiguebelle Township. The Syenite Condor property consists of about 20 mining claims, located in Clericy Township, and covers an area of 653.12 ha, in the Rouyn-Noranda municipality. The Ranger property consists of about 39 mining claims and covers an area of 1,052.47 ha, in Clericy Township. The Windfall property consists of about 28 mining claims located in the same region as the others. The Duplessis-Agar property consists of about 10 mining claims. The Company’s Duplessis-Mountain property consists of six mining claims covering nearly 340 ha.
