Goenka Diamond and Jewels Limited is an India-based company, which is engaged in the business of trading and manufacturing of diamond and gold jewelry. The Company operates through two segments: Diamond and Gem, and Retail Jewelry. The Company is involved in cutting and polishing of diamonds, color stones, precious and semi-precious stones. The Company supplies polished diamonds primarily to wholesalers, jewelry manufacturers, traders and retailers based in India and other countries such as Hong Kong, southeast Asia and the United States of America. The Company has a diamond processing unit at special economic zone (SEZ) in Surat for processing of rough diamonds and another facility in Mumbai to cater to the local market and for the jewelry making operations. The Company’s subsidiaries include M.B. Diamonds LLC, Goenka Diamond & Jewels DMCC, and Solitaire Diamond Exports.
