Guler Yatirim Holding AS, formerly Baskent Menkul Kiymetler Yatirim Ortakligi AS, is a Turkey-based holding company. It focuses on such sectors, as finance, energy, pharmaceuticals and construction, among others. The Company operates via its subsidiaries, primarily in the field of finance, providing services to both domestic and foreign individual corporate clients. The Company has such subsidiaries, as the 93.32%-owned Glryh Pharma Itc Construction & Com. Inc., the 75.87%-owned Myzyo – Mustafa Yilmaz Investment Trust Inc. and the 99.96%-owned Guler Private Equity Investment Trust Inc. In March 2014, the Company raised its interest to 50% in Dinamo Tamir ve Bakim Urunleri Sanayi ve Ticaret AS, an Istanbul-based wholesaler of automotive parts. In September 2014, the Company increased its stake in A1 Capital Menkul Degerler AS from 45% to 99.7%, through acquiring shares from Hilmi Hakan Derinkok.
