GoldMining Inc. is a Canada-based mineral exploration company focused on the acquisition and development of gold assets in the Americas. The Company controls a diversified portfolio of resource-stage gold and gold-copper projects in Canada, United States, Brazil, Colombia and Peru. Its projects in Brazil include Sao Jorge, Cachoeira, Boa Vista, Surubim and others. Its projects in the United States include Whistler and Almaden. Its projects in Canada include Yellowknife Gold and Rea. Its projects in Colombia include La Mina, Titiribi, and Yarumalito. Its project in Peru includes Crucero. The Sao Jorge project is about four kilometers (km) west of Highway BR163 and is accessed by several gravel roads that cross the property. The Almaden Project is located 140 road km north of Boise, Idaho. The Yellowknife Gold project is comprised of several properties that cover portions of the Yellowknife Greenstone Belt from 17 to 100 km north of the town of Yellowknife.
