Company Profile

Gibson Energy Inc. is a Canada-based liquids infrastructure company. The Company’s principal businesses consist of storage, optimization, processing and gathering of crude oil and refined products. The Company operates through two segments: Infrastructure and Marketing. The Infrastructure segment includes a network of oil infrastructure assets, which includes oil terminals, rail loading and unloading facilities, gathering pipelines, a crude oil processing facility, and other small terminals. The primary facilities within this segment include the Hardisty and Edmonton Terminals, gathering pipelines, a crude oil processing facility in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan and an infrastructure position located in the United States. The Marketing segment is involved in the purchasing, selling, storing and optimizing of hydrocarbon products as part of supplying the Moose Jaw Facility and marketing its refined products, as well as helping to drive volumes through its key infrastructure assets.
