Global Dividend Growth Split Corp. (the Fund) is a mutual fund company. The Fund’s investment objective are to provide holders of Preferred shares with fixed cumulative preferential quarterly cash distributions and to return the original issue price on the maturity date and to provide holders of Class A shares with regular monthly cash distributions and the opportunity for appreciation. The Fund invests in a diversified portfolio of equity securities of large capitalization global dividend growth companies selected by the Manager that have a market capitalization of at least $10 billion and have a history of dividend growth or a high potential for dividend growth. The Fund’s investment manager is Brompton Funds Limited.
