Gascoyne Resources Limited is an Australia-based gold company with a portfolio of 100%-owned assets in the tier-1 mining jurisdiction of Western Australia. The Company’s flagship asset is the Dalgaranga Gold Project, located approximately 65 kilometers (km) north-west of Mt Magnet in the Murchison Region of Western Australia and covers the majority of the Dalgaranga greenstone belt. The project includes a fully developed gold mining operation and an extensive exploration landholding with opportunities for new discoveries. Its Yalgoo Gold Project, centered around the Melville and Applecross Gold Deposits, is situated approximately 20 kilometers (km) north of the township of Yalgoo in Western Australia. Its Glenburgh-Mt Egerton advanced exploration/development project is located in the Gascoyne region, approximately 300 km north of the Company’s flagship Dalgaranga Gold Project. Mt Egerton is located approximately 180 km east of Glenburgh.
