Green Critical Minerals Limited is an Australia-based mineral exploration and development company. The Company’s projects include McIntosh – Graphite, Red Fox Resources – Base Metal, Hawkwood – nickel-copper-platinum group elements (Ni-Cu-PGE), North Barkly Project – Rare Earths and Torrington – Tungsten and Topaz. The Company holds earn-in rights for up to 80% of the advanced High Quality McIntosh Graphite Project. It holds an approximately 30.4% interest in Red Fox Resources Pty Ltd (Red Fox). The North Barkly Project is comprised of three Exploration License applications (33128/29/30) totaling approximately 1,950 square kilometers (sq km) over pastoral lands on the Barkly tablelands 500 kilometers (km) northwest of Mount Isa and 150 km southwest of McArthur River. The Boulia project area is comprised of two EPM applications – Canary (EPMA 28251) and Prickly Bush (EPMA 28253). The Company has an advanced Topaz-Tungsten project near Torrington, 60 km SSW of Tenterfield.
