Green Critical Minerals Limited is an Australia-based mineral exploration and development company. The Company’s projects include the McIntosh Graphite Project, the North Barkly Project, Topaz-Tungsten Project, Hawkwood Project, and others. The McIntosh Graphite Project is located in Western Australia. The North Barkly Project is comprised of three exploration license applications (33128 / 29 / 30) totaling approximately 1,950 square kilometers over pastoral lands on the Barkly tablelands 500 kilometers (km) northwest of Mount Isa and 150 km southwest of the McArthur River. The Company, through its wholly owned subsidiary Torrington Minerals Pty Ltd (TMPL), has an advanced Topaz-Tungsten Project near Torrington, about 60 km SSW of Tenterfield where it is focused on the recovery of tungsten and topaz concentrates from large deposits of outcropping silexite. The Hawkwood Project tenement holding consists of about 13 granted EPMs covering approximately 1,680 square kilometers.
