The main business of the Company is to operate as a financial technology provider offering cloud-based software that allows firms to design, set up and operate an investment platform (the Platform). The Platform enables firms to offer debt and real-estate financing, as well as securities on a prospectus-exempt basis, to various types of investors. The Platform automates many components of investor and investment management. The Platform includes modules for various user types, including but not limited to investors, issuers, administrators, and auditors. Its DealFlow Core provides investment dealers with the platform to manage new issue financing.
