L.B. Foster Company is a global technology solutions provider of engineered, manufactured products and services that builds and supports infrastructure. The Company operates through three segments: Rail, Technologies, and Services (Rail), Precast Concrete Products (Precast), and Steel Products and Measurement. The Rail segment consists of various manufacturing and distribution businesses that provide a variety of products and services for freight and passenger railroads and industrial companies throughout the world. The Rail segment also offers contract project management and aftermarket services. The Precast segment consists of five precast concrete manufacturing facilities across the United States, providing engineered precast concrete solutions. The Steel Products and Measurement segment designs, manufactures, and supplies a variety of steel bridge products to contractors performing installation and repair work to North American transportation infrastructure network.
