Finance House PJSC is a United Arab Emirates-based public joint stock company that offers financial products and services. The Company’s main activities consist of investments, consumer and commercial financing, as well as other related services. The Company operates in four segments: Personal Finance, which offers credit cards, executive finance, auto finance and home finance; Commercial & Corporate Finance, which offers commercial and corporate finance services, smart guarantee and payday, which is a payroll distribution solution for all; Treasury, which covers flexi and fixed deposits, and the Investment, which covers multiple asset classes and is diversified as to industry sectors and geographies. Its Investments span a range that includes listed equities, pre-IPO investments, private equity, bonds and sukuks, fixed income securities and a range of funds. In November, 2013, the Company acquired United Arab Emirates-based CAPM Investments PJS (CAPM).
