Company Profile

Eclipse Metals Limited is a mineral exploration company. It is focused on the discovery of multi-commodity mineralization. It holds a portfolio of 8,000 square kilometers over 19 mineral tenements in the Northern Territory and Queensland, in addition to its Ivigtut project in Greenland. The Ivittuut Project is located in the south-west of Greenland and consists of tenements, MEL2007-45. Its projects include Liverpool Uranium projects, Ngalia Basin Uranium projects, Mary Valley Manganese project, and Copper Project NT. The Liverpool projects consist of five exploration licenses, totaling 1,229 square kilometers (km2). The Ngalia Basin Uranium project tenements cover an area of 5,748 km2 of terrain considered prospective for sandstone paleochannel style uranium mineralization located within and marginal to the Ngalia Basin, 300 kilometers (km) west-northwest from Alice Springs. The Mary Valley Manganese project holds 31 km2 of manganese exploration terrain in south-eastern Queensland.
