Eminent Gold Corp. is a gold exploration company focused on the exploration and discovery of gold deposits in Nevada. The Company’s exploration assets in the Great Basin include Hot Springs Range Project, and Gilbert South. The Hot Springs Range project is in northern Humboldt County, Nevada, and comprises approximately 419 federal lode claims on BLM land, totaling 3,500 hectares, which is located 50 kilometers (km) northeast of Winnemucca, Nevada and 20 km northwest of the Nevada Gold Mine’s Turquoise Ridge district. The Hot Springs Range exploration project targets a prospective Carlin-type gold system located at the northern portion of the NNE trending fork of Battle Mountain-Eureka Mineral Belt. Its Gilbert South project comprises approximately 129 unpatented claims for a total of 1,050 hectares located 42 km west of Tonopah, Nevada. Gilbert South project lies within the Gilbert District.
