The Canadian Electric Utilities segment includes Nova Scotia Power Inc., a vertically integrated regulated electric utility and the primary electricity supplier in Nova Scotia and Emera Newfoundland & Labrador Holdings Inc. consisting of two transmission investments related to an 824 megawatt (MW) hydroelectric generating facility. Its Gas Utilities and Infrastructure segment includes Peoples Gas System; New Mexico Gas Company, Inc.; Emera Brunswick Pipeline Company Limited; SeaCoast Gas Transmission, LLC, and 12.9 per cent interest Maritimes & Northeast Pipeline.
