Duke Offshore Limited is an India-based company, which is focused on marine offshore vessels service. The Company is engaged in the business of providing vessels for crew transfer and marine survey. The Company offers various services, such as marine vessels, logistics support, engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPC), export/import, navy husbanding, hook-up and commissioning of offshore platforms, platform maintenance, repair and modifications, inspection services, structural fabrication and process piping, diving services and force protection services. Its Hook-up and Commissioning of offshore platforms, which carries out the interconnections of the process systems, electrical and instrumentation systems, structural modifications and structural fabrication, piping and associated services. The Company owns and operates a fleet of specialized vessels, which are available for charter.
