The Company owns 100% of the Gold Links and Green Mountain Projects in Colorado, United States and 100% of the Colosseum Gold Mine in California. Its segments include Australia, USA and Fiji. The Gold Links Project is comprised of several contiguous gold mines, such as Gold Links, Sacramento, Raymond, Carter and Lucky Strike. The Lucky Strike Mine is located approximately 50 kilometers (km) from the Company’s 100% owned Gold Links Mine on approximately 350 acres of free hold land. The Colosseum Gold Mine is located in the Walker Lane Trend in East San Bernardino County, California. Its Gold Links Gold Mine is a high-grade gold mining project approximately 2,000 acres of freehold land in Gunnison County, Colorado the United States of America. The Company’s other assets include Udu Mine and Saguache Mill, which is in Saguache County Colorado.
