The Company operates through four segments: Transport, Utilities, Facilities and All other segments. Its Transport segment consists of its road services, transport infrastructure and rail businesses. Its road and transport infrastructure services include road network management; routine road maintenance; asset management systems; spray sealing; asphalt laying, and others. Its Utilities segment consists of power, gas, water and telecommunications businesses. This includes planning, designing, constructing, operating, maintaining, managing and decommissioning power and gas network assets and others. Its Facilities segment operates in Australia and New Zealand and provides outsourced facility services to customers across a diverse range of industry sectors, including defense; education; government; healthcare; resources; leisure; assets services and hospitality.
