Company Profile

DGL Group Limited is a New Zealand-based diversified industrial company, which operates across Australia and New Zealand, as well as internationally. The Company has three segments: Environmental Solutions, Chemical Manufacturing and Logistics. The Environmental Solutions segment is focused on resource recovery and waste management. The segment is involved in liquid waste treatment, end-of-life lead acid battery (ULAB) recycling and lead smelting and refining. The Chemical Manufacturing segment produces its own range of specialty chemicals and undertakes advanced formulation and contract manufacturing on behalf of third parties. The Logistics segment offers transport, logistics and warehousing services, focusing on dangerous and hazardous goods across Australia and New Zealand. The segment also manages logistics and distribution for other goods, including food, pharmaceutical products, agricultural products, security sensitive goods and temperature-controlled products.
