DigitalBridge Group, Inc. is a digital infrastructure investment company, which deploys and manages capital across the digital ecosystem, including data centers, cell towers, fiber networks, small cells and edge infrastructure. It has two segments. Investment Management segment represents its global investment management platform, deploying and managing capital on behalf of a diverse base of global institutional investors. Its investment management platform is composed of a growing number of long-duration, private investment funds designed to provide institutional investors access to investments across different segments of the digital infrastructure ecosystem. Operating segment is composed of balance sheet equity interests in digital infrastructure and real estate operating companies, which generally earn rental income from providing use of digital asset space and/or capacity through leases, services and other agreements. It owns interests in two companies: DataBank and Vantage SDC.
