Cygnus Metals Limited is an Australia-based exploration company. The Company is focused on advancing the Pontax Lithium Project (earning up to 70%), the Auclair Lithium Project and Sakami Lithium Project in the James Bay lithium district in Canada. In addition, the Company has rare earth elements (REE) and base metal projects at Bencubbin and Snake Rock in Western Australia. The Pontax Lithium Project is situated within the lithium province of James Bay in Northern Quebec, Canada. The Pontax Project covers approximately 183 kilometers (km2) landholding all located on category III lands. The Auclair Project covers over 417 km2 landholding located just 60 km north-east of the Whabouchi lithium mine. The Sakami Project is a landholding of 118 km2 covering the highly prospective La Grande greenstone belt. It has approximately 1,750 km2 of granted tenements located over underexplored greenstone belts prospective for lithium, REEs, nickel, copper, platinum group elements (PGEs) and gold.
