Cygnus Metals Limited, formerly Cygnus Gold Limited, is an Australia-based diversified critical minerals explorer with assets located in tier one mining jurisdictions including Quebec, Canada and Western Australia. The Company is exploring lithium as well as gold, nickel, copper and platinum group elements. Its Pontax Lithium Project is situated within the lithium province of the James Bay Region in Northern Quebec, Canada. The Pontax Lithium Project covers approximately 145 square kilometers. Its Mitsumis Lithium Project covers approximately 121 square kilometers. Its Bencubbin Lithium Project is located about 220 kilometers (km) northeast of Perth and covers the Bencubbin Greenstone Belt. The Bencubbin Lithium Project covers approximately 800 square kilometers. The Company’s advanced exploration project is the Stanley Project, comprising an area of approximately 160 square kilometers, approximately 60 km northeast of the Wheatbelt town of Katanning.
