Company Profile

Critical Resources Limited is an Australia-based exploration and development company. The Company is engaged in developing critical metals projects. It holds a suite of lithium prospects across Ontario, Canada, including Mavis Lake, Graphic Lake, Plaid and Whiteloon Lake. The Company’s other projects include the Halls Peak Project in New South Wales (NSW), Australia, a base metals project with block four and Block five copper project, located in Oman. The Mavis Lake Lithium project is located approximately 19 kilometers (km) east-northeast of the township of Dryden in North-Western Ontario. It holds 1,097 individual claims that form a single, contiguous block covering approximately 22,984 hectares of land. The Halls Peak Base Metals project is located 87 km south-east of Armidale, a regional hub in NSW. The Halls Peak Base Metals project consists of two Exploration Licenses located in north-eastern NSW (EL4474 & EL7679), covering 132 square kilometers.
