Culpeo Minerals Limited is an Australia-based copper exploration and development company with assets in Chile. The Company is exploring and developing high grade copper systems in the coastal Cordillera region of Chile. The Company’s projects include the Las Petacas Project, Quelon Project, Lana Corina Project, and San Sebastian Project. The Las Petacas Project is located near the city of Copiapo, in the Atacama Region of Chile, approximately 760 kilometers (km) north of Santiago, the capital of Chile, and approximately 55 km east of the Pacific Ocean coast. The Quelon Project is located approximately 20 km north of the city of Illapel and 240 km north of Santiago. The Lana Corina Project is situated in the Coquimbo region of Chile, where near surface breccia-hosted high-grade copper mineralization offers walk-up drilling targets and early resource potential. The San Sebastian Project is located approximately 30 km east of the port city of Caldera, within Region III of Chile.
