Company Profile

Central Pattana Public Company Limited is a Thailand-based company. The principal businesses of the Company are developing new projects and managing projects as constructing office buildings and shopping centers for rent, providing utility services in shopping centers, sales of food and beverage and providing property management consulting and corporate services. It owns and manages 38 shopping centers, 10 office buildings, five hotels and 28 residential buildings. The Company operates through three segments. Its segments include development of shopping center buildings, office building and condominiums for rent, including provision of food center services, utility services, operator of play land and water theme park in the shopping center buildings; Hotel business; and Real estate business for sales of land and houses and condominium units. Its shopping centers include centralwOrld, Central Salaya, Central Chiangmai Airport, Central Bangna, Central Chiangmai and others.
