Canadian North Resources Inc. is a Canada-based exploration and development company. The Company is focused on the critical metals for the clean energy, electric vehicles, battery and high-tech industries. The Company is advancing its 100% owned Ferguson Lake nickel, copper, cobalt, palladium, and platinum project that covers an area of approximately 253.8 square kilometers (km2), which consists of 10 mining leases (96.9 km2) and surrounding 11 exploration claims (156.9 km2) in the Kivalliq Region of Nunavut, Canada. The property is situated in the Western Churchill Province and northwestern Hearne domain area with mainly Archean metavolcanic and metasedimentary rocks and extensive gneissic terrain. The Ferguson Lake Project holds over 71 million tons, containing substantial resources of copper (1,402 million pounds (Mlb)), nickel (872 Mlb), cobalt (99.9 Mlb), palladium (3.20 million ounces (Moz)), and platinum (0.56 Moz).
