Condor Energy Limited, formerly Global Oil & Gas Limited, is an Australia-based oil and gas exploration company focused on identifying, exploring and developing energy and resource assets within Australia and globally. Its projects include Peruvian project, Southern Georgina Basin, Sasanof Prospect and other projects. The Peruvian project includes development of its approximately 4,858 square kilometers (km2) technical evaluation agreement (TEA) offshore oil and gas block in Peru. It holds around 80% interest in the Peruvian Project. The oil and gas block is located in the Tumbes-Progreso basin, in water depths that range from 100 meters (m) to 1,500 m. It holds a 100% interest in EP-127 located in the Southern Georgina Basin project in the Northern Territory (NT). The basin covers more than 100,000 square kilometers in the NT and western part of Queensland. It has around 25% interest in Sasanof Prospect. Its Goshawk Squadron JV – Canning Basin project is located in Western Australia.
