As of December 31, 2011, the Company held a 99.99% stake in Ilion Cimento Insaat Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd (Ilion Cimento). Izmir Cimento Fabrikasi Turk AS (Cimentas) is the Company’s main shareholder.
