Cimsa Cimento Sanayi ve Ticaret AS (Cimsa) is a Turkey-based manufacturer of cement, clinker and ready-mixed concrete. The Company offers a range of products, including special types like white cement and calcium aluminate cement, in addition to Gray Portland Cement. The Company’s plants are located in Adana, Mersin, Kayseri, Antalya, Osmaniye, Kahramanmaras, Nevsehir, Eskisehir, Kutahya, Bursa, Konya, Karaman, Aksaray, Sakarya and Bilecik. The Company operates in 46 countries with subsidiaries and terminals operated, including locations, such as Sevilla and Alicante in Spain; Emden in Germany; Constanta in Romania; Trieste in Italy; Novorossiysk in Russia, and Gazimagusa in Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, along with the Company’s capability to sell its products under its own brand. As of May 31, 2012, the Company acquired Afyon Cimento Sanayi Turk Anonim Sirketi, which is engaged in the production and sale of cement.
