Community Healthcare Trust Incorporated is a real estate investment trust. The Company focuses on owning real estate properties associated primarily with the delivery of outpatient healthcare services in its target sub-markets throughout the United States. The Company acquires and owns, or finances, healthcare-related real estate properties that are leased to hospitals, doctors, healthcare systems, or other healthcare service providers. The Company’s real estate investments are diversified by property type, which includes medical office building (MOB), inpatient rehabilitation facilities (IRF), acute inpatient behavioral (AIB), specialty centers (SC), physician clinics (PC), surgical centers and hospitals (SCH), behavioral specialty facilities (BSF) and long-term acute care hospitals (LTACH). The Company has investments in approximately 174 real estate properties. The Company’s properties are located in approximately 34 states.
