Company Profile
CF Energy Corp. is a Canada-based investment holding company. The principal activities of the Company and its subsidiaries are engaged in the distribution of natural gas for industrial, commercial and residential users in the People’s Republic of China (PRC). The Company operates through three segments. The Gas distribution utility segment includes gas sales, pipeline installation and connection, and compressed natural gas vehicle refueling. The Integrated smart energy segment uses multiple clean energy sources, including solar, hydro, electricity and natural gas to supply cooling, heating, as well as hot water to its customers in the Haitang Bay area of Sanya City, Hainan Province, the PRC; and supplies heat and power via the Company’s pipeline networks to its customers in Meishan City, Sichuan Province, the PRC. The Smart mobility segment operates an electric vehicle (EV) battery swap business in Sanya and Haikou City, Hainan Province and Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province, the PRC.
