Codrus Minerals Ltd is an Australia-based mining and mineral exploration company. The Company’s segments include Australia, the United States and the corporate. The Company has four projects in Western Australia. The Karloning Rare Earth Element (REE) Project is located 30km north of the regional town of Mukinbudin and 260 kilometers northeast of Perth. The Red Gate Gold Project is located approximately 140km north of Kalgoorlie and comprises one granted exploration license covering a total area of 85.8 square kilometers (km2). The Middle Creek Gold Project is located approximately 185km north of Newman and 10km east of the small township of Nullagine in the East Pilbara mining district of Western Australia. The Silver Swan South Gold-Nickel Project is located approximately 40km northeast of Kalgoorlie and comprises seven granted tenements covering a total area of 45.2 Km2. The Bull Run Project is located in Baker County, eastern Oregon, United States of America.
