Company Profile

Cazaly Resources Limited is a mineral exploration and resource development company. The Company’s Carb Lake Rare Earth Elements project comprises a large, 2.5 to 3 kilometers (km) diameter circular magnetic anomaly known as the Carb Lake Carbonatite Complex prospective for Rare Earth Elements and Niobium. The project area is in north-western Ontario, 10km from the Manitoba border. The Halls Creek Project is situated in east Kimberley near the township of Halls Creek. The Abenab North Project lies in the Otavi Mountain Land region of northern Namibia located approximately 450km by road from the capital of Windhoek. The Kaoko Critical Minerals Project is located in northern Namibia, approximately 800km by road from the capital of Windhoek and approximately 750km from port of Walvis Bay. The McKenzie Springs project is located in the Kimberley region of Western Australia. The Mt Venn Gold Project comprises two exploration tenements covering approximately 400 square kilometers (km2).
