Casa Minerals Inc. is a Canada-based company, which is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties located in Canada and the United States. The Company’s projects include Congress, Arsenault and Pitman. The Company is focused on the exploration and development of the Pitman Property mineral property (polymetallic project), which is located in the Province of British Columbia (BC), Canada. The Pitman Property’s minerals consist of copper and gold. The Company owns approximately 90% interest in the Congress Mine (gold and copper), which is located in Arizona, United States. The Congress Mine consists of approximately 14 patented mineral claims totaling 260 acres and contiguous 25 mineral staked claims totaling 494.48 acres. The Company has an option to acquire approximately 75% interest in the Arsenault volcanogenic massive sulfide (VMS) Property, which is located in BC, Canada. It owns 100% of Keaper Properties, which is located in BC, Canada.
