The Company's subsidiaries include Cemtas Celik Makina Sanayi ve Ticaret AS (Cemtas), Bursa Beton Sanayi ve Ticaret AS (Bursa Beton), Ares Cimento Insaat Sanayi ve Ticaret AS (Ares), Tunckul Cimento Mineral Katkilar Insaat ve Ticaret AS (Tunckul) and Roda Liman Depolama Lojistik Isletmeleri AS.
