The Company is primarily engaged in the business of developing and maintaining commercial real estate properties in India. The principal activity of Brookfield India REIT is to own and invest in rent or income generating real estate and related assets in India with the objective of producing stable and sustainable distributions to Unitholders. It has a portfolio of approximately 18.7 million square feet of five Grade-A campus-style work destinations. The Company’s assets include Candor TechSpace K1, Kolkata; Kensington, Downtown Powai, Mumbai; Candor TechSpace, Sector 21, Gurugram; Candor TechSpace, Rajarhat, Kolkata; Candor TechSpace, Sector 62, Noida and Candor TechSpace, Sector 135, Noida. The Company’s investment manager is Brookprop Management Services Private Limited.
