Blackrock Silver Corp. is a Canada-based junior metal -focused exploration company. The Company’s principal activity is the acquisition, exploration and development of gold and silver mines and projects in Canada and the United States. The Company is focused on low-sulphidation epithermal gold and silver projects located along the established Northern Nevada Rift in north-central Nevada and the Walker Lane trend in western Nevada. Its projects include Tonopah Project and Silver Cloud. The Company’s Tonopah Project consists of Tonopah West and Tonopah North covering approximately 100 patented and approximately 279 unpatented claims covering across 25.5 square kilometer (sq.km) in silver districts in North America. Its Silver Cloud project consists of over 572 mining claims covering across 12,000 acres. Its subsidiary is Blackrock Gold Corp.
