Bold Ventures Inc. is a Canadian exploration company. The Company explores precious, battery and critical metals in Canada. It is exploring properties located in active gold and battery metals camps in the Thunder Bay and Wawa regions of Ontario. Its projects include Burchell Project, Farwell Project, Koper Lake Project, Ring of Fire Project, Traxxin Project and Wilcorp Gold. Its Burchell Gold-Base Metal Project claims are located approximately 105 kilometers (km) west of the port city of Thunder Bay in the south-central portion of Northwestern Ontario. Its Farwell Property is located in the east Lake Superior region of Northeastern Ontario approximately 55 km northwest of Wawa. Its Koper Lake Project consists of four claims totaling 64 units comprising approximately 1024 hectares. Its Ring of Fire property is located in McFaulds Lake, Kenora District Ontario. The Traxxin Gold Project is located to the south and contiguous with the Traxxin Extension Gold Project claims.
