Bonanza Mining Corporation is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and evaluation of mineral property interests located in British Columbia, Canada. The Company’s mineral property interests consist of exploration stage mineral properties located in British Columbia, Canada. The Company’s projects include MC Project, Shag Property and Frog Property. The MC property is located in northwest British Columbia within the Skeena Mining Division. The MC property and adjoining claims are located on the east side of Bear River Ridge and along the Bear River valley, approximately 14 kilometers north of Stewart, British Columbia. The Shag Property is located in the Rocky Mountains of southeastern British Columbia near the towns of Canal Flats, approximately 35 kilometers (km) to the southwest, and Radium Hot Springs, approximately 24 km to the west. The Frog property is in the northern portion of the Golden Triangle of northwestern British Columbia approximately 170 km east of Dease Lake.
