Company Profile

Black Rock Mining Limited (Black Rock) is an Australia-based company, which is engaged in producing graphite in Tanzania. Its segments include Graphite and Corporate. The Company has an interest in the Mahenge Graphite Mine (the Project) located in Tanzania. The Project has a joint ore reserves committee (JORC) compliant mineral resource estimate of approximately 212 meters tons. It also has ore reserves of approximately 70 meter tons. The Mahenge project is spread across approximately 324 square kilometers of exploration tenements in Tanzania’s Ulanga district, approximately 250 kilometers north of the border with Mozambique. Approximately 250 kilometers west of the coastal port city of Mtwara on the Indian Ocean and 300 kilometers southwest of Tanzania’s, Dar es Salaam. Its subsidiaries include Mahenge Resources Limited and Faru Grahite Corporation Limited.
