It serves corporate and government customers, including schools, libraries, universities and government departments. Its customer fulfilment center (CFC) is located in Lidcombe, Western Sydney. Its subsidiaries include Booktopia Pty Ltd, Making IT Better Pty Ltd and Virtual Lifestyles Pty Ltd.
