Black Canyon Limited is an Australia-based exploration company. The Company explores and delineate manganese, copper and cobalt targets located in the mineral rich Pilbara region of Western Australia. Its projects include Carawine Project, Oakover West Project, Oakover East Project and Lofty Range Project. The Company’s Carawine Project is located in the East Pilbara region of Western Australia. The Carawine Project covers approximately 793 square kilometers (km2) of tenure located south of the operating Woodie-Woodie manganese mine, providing a footprint in a proven and producing manganese belt. Its Lofty Range Project is located approximately 30-kilometer (km) west from Butcherbird Manganese Project. Its projects are prospective for manganese. Its Lofty Range tenement, E52/3897, covers approximately 206 km2. The Company is also focused on its exploration on the prospective Flanagan Bore Project.
